  FATE is committed to inculcating an interest in entrepreneurship across the communities in which it operates. As a result, it organizes monthly workshops on a range of business issues. These workshops typically feature accomplished entrepreneurs who are willing to share their secrets of success. The workshops are open to the general public and serve as an important avenue for publicizing FATE's core and ancillary services.

• NGO Capacity Building Services:
  FATE is committed to offering 1-3 day training sessions tailored to the specific needs of NGOs. It focuses on NGOs which offer youth development, micro-finance and urban development programs. These sessions are provided on an ad hoc basis to the staff and beneficiaries of non-profit organizations.

FATE's rationale for offering these services is hinged on two primary reasons:

• First, it believes that other NGOs could benefit from entrepreneurship training because they need to generate earned income to ensure their sustainability and to become more entrepreneurial in the execution of their programs.

• Second, many MFIs and youth development organizations offer financial support to their beneficiaries, but do not provide any capacity enhancement services or entrepreneurial education to these individuals. As a result, their beneficiaries struggle to break through poverty because they do not have the required know-how to utilize their funds to generate significant wealth. FATE is committed to filling this gap in the marketplace.
