FATE is committed to accomplishing its mission by providing four core services to her target groups. These services are listed below:
- FATE Aspiring Entrepreneurs Programme: This programme offers a 4-month school of entrepreneurship, a mentoring programme, a consulting service, a computer centre, a business library. Target participants of the programme are between the ages of 22 and 40 years, who have obtained first degrees. Concession is however given to those who do not meet the above requirements, but have demonstrated potential to achieve success in business.
- FATE Emerging Entrepreneurs Programme: A 9-week programme specifically tailored for ambitious entrepreneurs who want their businesses to take the lead and to dictate the pace for others. Participants are required to meet the following requirements: N10m and above in annual turnover; the businesses should have existed for at least 5years; staff strength of not less than 2. Ancillary services include corporate excursions that deal with real-life business issues and a class business forum focused on key areas of business concern such as marketing, finance or human resources.
- FATE Short Entrepreneurial Courses: FATE offers a series of business workshops for small, medium business owners, employees of organizations seeking to be entrepreneurs and innovative leaders. In addition to NGO capacity building services, the courses are aimed at equipping interested individuals and potential entrepreneurs with business skills and networks.
- FATE Alumni Business And Support Services: FATE monitors the growth of its Alumni, who have access to FATE consulting services where advice and business solutions are offered on how best to run their businesses. Alumni also have access to the FATE to other facilities such as the business library and computer centre.
