Vacancy exists in FATE Foundation Ltd for the position of Coordinator;

Facilitator Mentor Management

JOB OVERVIEW

  • To ensure the smooth running of Fate training programme by developing and maintaining relationships with FATE facilitators in the Training Department and reports to the Head,Training.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide competent and enthusiastic facilitators for all training programmes
  • To provide competent and enthusiastic facilitators for the smooth running of all FATE  training programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with FATE facilitators, mentors and consultants.
  • To develop and update training calendar with potential facilitators
  • Preparation and timely dispatch of invitation letters to facilitators
  • Regularly update facilitators database including facilitator’s information, confirm facilitators and evaluations.
  • Provide competent and enthusiastic mentors for smooth running of mentoring program.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Fate mentors / mentees.
  • Develop and update mentoring schedules with potential mentors / mentees
  • Preparation and timely dispatch of invitation letters to mentors.
  • Regularly update mentor / mentee database including mentors information, confirmation of mentors and evaluation.
  • Develop and keep a mentor/mentee check listAny other duties that may be assigned by the Head, Training or the Executive Director.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT

Academic Qualification

  • University degree with some form of specialized background or experience in business development.

Work Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in an NGO with a focus on youth entrepreneurial training and empowerment.

Personal Skills

  • knowledge of Nigerian and  international Business /economic environment  in  the field entrepreneurial training and development.

  • Understanding of the business sector.

  • Ability to collaborate with staff and volunteers/facilitators.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing).
  • Ability to use Microsoft office well, especially word, PowerPoint and excel.
  • High level of creativity & emotional intelligence.
  • Knowledge of database management & attention to details.
