BECOME A FATE MENTOR AND HELP SHAPE THE LIVES OF NIGERIAN YOUTH
Mentoring is a supportive, one on one relationship between an experienced individual and an aspiring individual to facilitate the aspirant's growth and development. A mentor is a trusted counselor or guide, an advisor committed to the growth of another individual.
Mentoring is a relatively small investment which could yield huge returns for both the mentor and his/her mentee.

MENTOR COMMITMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Commitment to attending the mentor briefing/open house (2-hour commitment)
- Commitment to spending at least 38 hours over a five-month period with a FATE participant
- Willingness to complete three evaluations of your mentee during the course of the mentoring relationship
