FATE FOUNDATION ENTREPRENEUR OF THE MONTH OF JULY – 2010

Ishola Lukman is the Managing Director of Hicmann Engineering and investment Limited – an industrial & waste management equipment design & fabrication company which started in 2005 after identifying the rudiment techniques used for the process of raw materials of agro–allied and waste management.           

Hicmann Engineering and Investment Limited specializes in the design, fabrication, installation and maintenance of food/industrial, steel construction, agricultural waste management and utilization system equipment.

Hicmann Engineering and Investment Limited is also into consultancy services in agro-allied and waste management and has over the years enjoyed patronage from corporate clients and managed huge projects like UNDP/Uganda on rice processing, UNDP/Edo on gari processing, UNDP/Oyo on food processing.

Lukman attended the FATE Aspiring Entrepreneurs Programme (Class 9) in a bid to set the right tone for taking his business to greater heights. During the programme, he was taught topics like Human Resources, Finance, Business Planning, Operations, Marketing, Negotiation Skills, Business Strategy, Identifying opportunities in the local and international market e.t.c.

Lukman’s mission for the company is to “always come up with unique, appropriate and simple technological solution at relatively low cost, to any problem(s) in his field”
