OUR STAFF

Osayi Alile Oruene,
Executive Director

Osayi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Lagos, and a Master's degree in Public Administration Pi Alpha Alpha from Rutgers University, New Jersey, United States of America. A seasoned manager with a track record of outstanding performance in community, economic and social development achieved through collaboration with socially responsible businesses and individuals. Prior to joining FATE, she worked at Junior Achievement of Nigeria, where she rose to become the vice-president.Her interest in working with non-profit organisations stems from a personal commitment to the socio-economic development of the country through private sector-led interventions.

Tosin Anibaba,
Head, Business and Alumni Support Services

Tosin Anibaba is currently the Head of Business AlumniSupport Services (BASS) unit. She holds a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Essex and an M.Sc in International Consulting & Accounting from the University of Reading. U.K.She worked as an associate consultant in the information technology unit of Deloitte consulting and proceeded to become a principal consultant with Nextzon business services before joining FATE.  She has worked on various Project Management & Strategy projects spanning organizations from Banking, Insurance to Power Solutions.

Elizabeth Olofin,
Head, Training

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Zoology) and a Master in Educational Management from the University of Ibadan Nigeria. Prior to current appointment, she had held Management positions in a Manufacturing organization as well as in a nonprofit organization.  Her Professional Focus is targeted towards Human Capital Development, Training, and Performance Evaluation

Bisola Ikusagba ,
Head, Human Resources & Admin

Bisola holds a degree in Agricultural Science from Ogun State University and a Masters in Industrial and Labour Relations (MILR) from the University of Lagos, she is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM).Bisola started her career at Adonai-Text Ltd as an Admin Officer, proceeded to Ashbert Ltd also as an Admin Officer and then Integrated Projects Ltd as Human Resources and Admin Manager. Presently she is the Head, Human Resources and Admin of FATE FOUNDATION, Lagos.

Victor Nkwocha

Coordinator, Research

Nkwocha Victor is the Research Coordinator for FATE Foundation. He joined the Foundation in order to position FATE as a leading research resource for entrepreneurial and business development in Africa, with deep and intimate knowledge of the requirements of small businesses. He is a graduate of Industrial and Applied Mathematics from the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, Federal University of Technology Oweri, Imo State.

Before joining FATE, he had worked as a Project Consultant for DDB Lagos and had his Internship with Zinox Technologies.

 

Anwuli Ojogwu,
Coordinator, Communications

Anwuli graduated from the English and Literature Department, University of Benin. She is the Communications Coordinator at FATE Foundation. Prior to joining FATE, Anwuli served as an assistant editor/PRO Officer at Kachifo Limited (Owners of the Farafina Trademark).

Olawale Ogunlenu,                                                                                                             Coordinator, Facilitator, Mentor & Mentee

Olawale serves as the Facilitators & Mentor Coordinator for FATE Foundation. His responsibilities include providing enthusiastic facilitator, mentors, and consultants for successful execution of all the programmes in the Foundation. Prior to his present role, Olawale has worked as the Assistant Coordinator in Communications unit and as the Coordinator, Short Entrepreneurial Courses (SEC) in the Foundation. Olawale holds a degree in Economics from Lagos State University.
 

Adebowale Oluwaranti,
Coordinator, Finance

Adebowale holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology. He has 5 years experience in General Account and Treasury Management. Adebowale worked as a consultant at FATE prior to his role as Finance Coordinator. He is also an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Olusegun Shomefun,
IT Coordinator, Management Information System

A graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the Lagos state University, Epe. Segun started working with Graphic Press, Matori Mushin, Lagos as the Maintenance Engineer and later left to work with Fibrecom Limited (an ICT Company) based in Lagos as a site technician and later became their Network Administrator. Segun oversees FATEs IT technology infrastructure and is currently working on a number of professional certifications.

Nse-Abasi Gbonegun,
Coordinator, Business & Alumni Support Services

Nse-abasi is a graduate of University of Uyo, B.A English with an MBA (in view) University of Port Harcourt majoring in Management. Nse-abasi is currently the Alumni Coordinator of the Business Alumni Support Services (BASS) Unit of FATE Foundation, a former employee of Cue Media where she was the executive assistant to the M.D.
Nse-abasi brings to FATE an experience on people management and business profiling.

Faith Afolabi,
Coordinator, Emerging Entrepreneur Programme

Faith is a graduate of Mass Communication from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu. A young dynamic and hardworking female, with passion for social change in Nigeria and beyond. This has inspired her to work in various NGOs that address developmental issues on health, youth, women empowerment and entrepreneurship, to mention but a few, Freedom Foundation, IEARN/Dance4life,Journalist Against Aids (JAAIDS).She currently works as a programme Coordinator at FATE Foundation in the Training Unit, Focused on Empowering Emerging Entrepreneurs with business skills that would transform their business to the next level.

Goodness Nnadi,

Personal Assistant & Admin Unit Coordinator

 

A graduate of Statistics from Ogun State University (now olabisi Onabanjo University. She joined FATE in March 2009. She worked as Admin Manager with Energy Information services and was at the beginning of her career, Personal Assistant to notable Chief Executive Directors. Goodness is the Personal assistant to the Executive Director. She also Coordinates the admin Unit.

Nonso Ndumanya,
Coordinator, Short Entrepreneurial Course

Nonso is a graduate and holds a Master degree in Economics, Banking and Finance from the University of Glasgow in the United Kingdom. Before joining FATE, He worked temporary in the MBA Department of the Lagos Business School where he produced proposal for a business case competition for Nigeria MBA students. Nonso has attended entrepreneurial and financial courses both at the Strathclyde Business School and the London School of Economics. He also volunteered for NGO News Africa Ghana as an online correspondent.

Ndifreke Okwuegbunam,
Coordinator, Aspiring Entrepreneur Programme

Ndifreke is a graduate of the University of Uyo, with a B.sc. in Applied Chemistry. Prior to joining FATE Foundation in January 2008 she worked with Communication Direct Ltd in the United Kingdom. She is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management.

Dominic Orokoh,
Asst. Coordinator, Aspiring Entrepreneurs Programme

Dominic is a graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka where he studied History and International Studies. He has worked with the Nigerian Embassy in Guinea Bissau and Capital Assurance Limited. He served as SRD programme Coordinator, SEC Coordinator before he was appointed to his current role as the Assist. AEP Coordinator.

Adetoun Oluwole,
Fundraising Executive

Toun is a B.A Philosophy Graduate of University of Lagos and an alumnus of AIESEC.A smart and dynamic female who aspires to change her society prior to her appointment at FATE, she worked at UNICEF. She has served as a volunteer at Little saints Orphanage. She currently works as the Fundraising Executive of FATE.

 

FATE Foundation Port Harcourt

Ngozi Akpati,
Programme Manager

Ngozi holds An HND Accountancy from The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro and an MBA in Financial Management from the Lagos State University Ojo, Lagos. She brings to bear 11 years work experience as an Accounts and Admin Personnel from various companies before moving over to FATE Port Harcourt in December 2002.Until her appointment in July 2007, she was the Accounts and Admin Coordinator FATE PHC. She has attended courses on Sage Accounting and Investment Training.

Godwin Chuks
Finance Coordinator

Godwin Chuks holds an HND in Accountancy from Auchi Polytechnic Auchi, PGD in Business Studies from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt. He has also completed his MBA in Banking and Finance from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt.Before joining FATE Foundation, Chuks worked with Danahriq Nigeria Limited as an Accountant, EDC Azeec Nigeria Limited as the Finance and Accounts Officer and also BAICO Insurance Plc as Cashier and Accounts Officer.

Choice Nwajei,
Head, Training

Choice is a 1997 graduate of Geology from University of Benin.She brings to FATE, 7 years work experiences as Public Relations personnel, Human Resources officer and finally Project Supervisor from Jameon Nig. Ltd, Anson Limited, and Cypress Consult before moving over to FATE Port Harcourt in October 2007.

Kayode Oluwafemi,
Coordinator, Fundraising & Communications

Kayode holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from University of Ilorin, Post Graduate Diploma Management from Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) in collaboration with Obafemi Awolowo University. He is a seasoned marketer with years of experience in marketing. He is an Associate of Nigerian Institute of Management.
He brings his years of experience in marketing from Prime & Partners Int
l Limited, BG Resources, and finally Globaltech. He joined FATE in August 2007.

 

Melissa Okonny

Alumni Coordinator

Melissa is a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from University of Port Harcourt, and is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). She has over 4 years experience in health, safety/ environmental management and career development. Before joining FATE Foundation in 2008, Melissa worked with Preparation for Life (PFL) as a Career Counseling Officer. She is currently the Alumni Coordinator, FATE Port Harcourt, where she oversees the management of the alumni members department.

 

 

 

Ugbebor Emmanuel

Emmanuel holds a B.Sc in Geology from the University of Port Harcourt.
